Flipside Burgers & Bar

Flipside built its name on never-frozen, custom-ground sirloin/top-round burgers and a menu with 25+ specialty burgers, including the Milford Smokehouse Burger on the featured list. Happy hour runs Monday–Friday, 3–6 p.m. Hours listed on the site: Sunday–Saturday 11:30 a.m.–9 p.m.
It is also the dedicated burger stop in this year’s Restaurant Week lineup — All Day for $42, per the Milford Chamber menus page. If you are already out for RW, this is an easy place to cast a taste-test vote.

Dogtown

Opened on New Haven Avenue in December 2017, Dogtown leans California-meets-Connecticut road-food — dogs, crispy chicken, tots, and a burger board built on a ¼ lb custom blend. Menu burgers include the Classic, Dogtown, Rocco, Krusty and Rodeo. Milford hours on the site: 11 a.m.–4 p.m. every day.
