Downtown Milford is getting a new show this fall — and it comes with reality TV drama, a Headless Horseman, and enough snarky one-liners to fill the MAC from floor to ceiling.

Pantochino Productions, the award-winning professional theatre company based in Milford, will debut its brand-new original musical The Real Housewives of Sleepy Hollow on Friday, October 9th at The Milford Arts Council (The MAC), 40 Railroad Avenue in Downtown Milford. The show runs through October 30th.
What’s the Show?
It’s exactly what it sounds like: a wickedly funny mash-up of the Real Housewives franchise and Washington Irving’s classic American ghost story. Ichobod Crane, Brom Bones, and Katrina Van Tassel are all here — but the story gets told through the sharp-tongued lens of the village housewives, who are not holding back.
“Imagine the familiar story of the new school teacher, the waggish Brom Bones and the fair Katrina as told by the wickedly wild, snarky and sassy housewives of the village,” said Bert Bernardi, who wrote the book and lyrics. “The quips and jabs come at breakneck pace and the laughs are aplenty.”
Music is by Justin Rugg, who also performs in the show.
The Cast
The production features Pantochino company members Mary Mannix, Shelley Marsh Poggio, Rachelle Ianniello, Maria Berte, Valerie Loomis, Killian Meehan, Justin Rugg, and Jimmy Johansmeyer. Making her Pantochino debut is Chelsea Dacey, who has performed at The Legacy Theatre, Collective Consciousness Theatre, and in the off-Broadway production of Piggy Nation the Musical.
The creative team includes set design by Von Del Mar, costumes by Johansmeyer, lighting by Jakob Kelsey, sound by Tyler Kittleman, musical direction by Rugg, and stage management by Jennifer Johnson.

Cabaret Style — Bring Your Own
One of Pantochino’s signatures is its cabaret-style seating — and this show is no different. Audiences are invited to bring their own food and drink to enjoy during the performance. It’s a relaxed, social atmosphere that makes a night at Pantochino feel more like a party than a standard theatre outing.
